Our payroll bureau survey is now complete 2009 and I'm delighted that 99% of our customers would recommend us to their business contacts.
There is no greater test of customer satisfaction than asking if a customer would be happy to refer them to their business contacts and our customers seem pretty happy to do so.

As a Chartered Certified Accountant, working in practice it worries me that tha payroll outsourcing industry is largely unregulated. How can our customers have the confidence that as an industry we will provide to our customers

They recommend that we file P35's between 7pm and 7am. Not a particularly practical solution
Unfair charges from payroll firms - 30 March 2009
On a number of occasions this year we have had new clients complaining about the service received from the outgoing provider. Providers now seem to be spotting this as an opportunity to levy exorbitant charges to provide information.
