George is our Head of Innovation and Change Management. He joined Dataplan in 2015 as a Pensions Project Manager bringing with him many years-experience gained in the financial services sector working for a FTSE250 company. His wide-ranging experience also includes working in payroll and pensions in the public sector, with a local authority, and for a charity.

George’s current role involves working across the pension schemes of all Dataplan’s clients, both in the corporate and public sectors. His mission is to simplify, standardise and automate as many pension processes as possible.

Working with Dataplan’s in-house IT development team, George helps to specify, build and implement solutions that remove duplication and inefficiency. Solutions that add value to the service we provide our education clients.

George also enjoys taking time to interact with the Pension Providers themselves, to better understand their needs and participate in pension engagement groups and forums that are shaping the future of the pension industry.
