John has been advising schools and Academies on HR matters for almost 15 years. Initially with North East Lincolnshire and more recently with Mouchel throughout Lincolnshire as a whole.
Whether it be a disciplinary or capability process, sickness absence management, advice on the ever changing world of terms and conditions or a full blown restructure / redundancy process, John brings with him further expertse to supplement the HR services Dataplan already provide.

John has many years experience support Heads and Governors and is looking forward to the new challenge leading Dataplan’s HR services and replicating the success that Dataplan has already had in delivering award winning payroll services.
